Salary – Hourly salary range: $16.37 to $29.10, pay band: 70. Salary will be determined based on education and experience.

Purpose of Position - Incumbent will supervise unit of protective services workers responsible for coordinating assessments and permanency plans for children in CYFD custody.

Educational Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited college/university. Experience - Three (3) years experience in Social Work, Psychology or Guidance and Counseling following Bachelor's Degree, to include 6 months supervisory experience. Employment Requirements - Must possess and maintain a valid or NM drivers license and have own mode of transportation for daily client-related travel. Pre-employment background investigation is required, and some statewide travel is required.

Statutory Requirement – Candidates must be licensed the NM Board of Social Work Examiners at the LISW, LMSW or LBSW level. You must include your license or certificate number in the "License" section of the application form for this position.

Working Environment - Work is performed in an office setting, client homes or institutions. Risk of injury from hostile clients is possible.
